I have worked in the skin care industry as a licensed Esthetician and makeup artist for over 15 years. My career gives me a tremendous amount of pride and joy. I love making women feel their absolute best. I worked as a lead Esthetician at a boutique in Newport for most of my career. It was wonderful and I learned so much. While working there I was really able to hone my skills and determine which areas I wanted to focus on and really become the best at.

Running my own business is something I have always dreamt about though. Then my husband and I began looking to buy our first house together and found the perfect place in Common Fence Point in Portsmouth, RI. Not only was it in a beautiful location but it fit all of our needs, including a downstairs that would be perfect to turn into my own skin care studio. I've now fulfilled my dream, Island Beauty 53 is officially open for business! I’m so excited for this adventure!
